Sincerity accounting

• independence — corroboration is counted only from sources independent of the record; syndication is one hat worn four times
• interested_parties — campaigns and paid confirmations never count as independent corroboration
• readings_not_claims — price records are lattice-inert — corroborating a price is rejected with the reason stated
• reliability — earned per-source over time; noise fades, useful witnesses gain weight
